How has your career grown since starting at the company?

“Like quite a few of us here, I originally joined the company as an intern. During my internship I was given challenging projects, through which I had the opportunity to meet people from all over the company. As my internship continued my passion to continue to work at HMSHost grew. I feel very fortunate that my internship has turned into a full time position. Fast forward to now and I travel the globe working with local teams helping them complete their implementation projects, trainings, and system ehancements. It has been an amazing experience so far and I look forward to what’s next!”

What is your favorite thing about working for HMSHost?

“First and foremost, what stands out to me about HMSHost International is the team. Our warm company culture is felt no matter what brand you are working for. Dynamic, international, never a dull moment, exciting. “Food and people ignite my passion at HMSHost International. I love the hospitality industry, and I’m constantly working with people who have a passion for the restaurant business.     Our Legal & Communications Department link all our departments together. Working closely with our group, regional and country offices the team focus on providing the best possible legal advice and guidance to enable well-balanced decisions, and setting the tone for inclusive and engaging communications.

  • HR & Finance

    These two functions are central to the success of our company.  HR Department makes sure we get it right from the beginning and through the length of the associate’s experience. Our Finance Department works together across country, regional, global and group offices to ensure that the financial future of our company is strong.

  • IT & Facilities

    With global operations dealing with multiple currencies, time zones and logistic systems, we have a complex IT Network. We have exciting innovations in our industry, our IT & Facilities Department has a role in our property development and maintenance, along with IT support, security, special projects, innovation and analysis.

  • Commercial

    Commercial Department works on supplier partnerships, logistics and product development all the way to brand management, concept development and sustainability. With so many important roles under the same roof, we have created a shortened decision making line for our passionate food-focused team.

  • Legal & Communications
